Payment Policy

• All orders will be billed with PayPal Invoice.  You will receive your invoice by email after verifying the final contents of your bundle.  Your order will be shipped after verification of payment.

What payment methods can I use to pay an invoice?

PayPal is working to offer your favorite payment methods in one checkout experience. When you pay an invoice, you’ll have the option to use payment methods available in your PayPal Wallet or additional payment methods. Not all payment methods are available in every market. You’ll see the options available to you during checkout.

Within your PayPal Wallet, you can use the following payment methods:

• Bank accounts

• Credit and Debit Cards

• PayPal Credit

• Pay Later

• PayPal Balance

Payment methods within your PayPal wallet are covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.  

Payment methods outside of the PayPal Wallet include:

• Venmo

• Apple Pay

• Credit and Debit Cards 

[Shipping Costs]

• The cost of shipping is determined by the size and weight of your order.

• Japan Post Economy Shipping is default on all orders under 2kg and is included in the final price of your order.  If you request express shipping, an additional charge will be added to your order.

• Japan Post EMS Shipping (express) is default on all orders over 2kg and is included in the final price of your order. 

[Returns/Refunds]

• We accept returns/refunds within 30 days of order delivery.  If you have any problems while your order is in transit or you're unhappy with your order, please message us immediately.  We will work with you to arrange returns/exchanges/refunds when applicable.  We may request pictures of damaged items before refunding an order.

• In some cases, product exchanges will not be possible.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipment.
